Deutsche Bank co-sponsors the 2016 interbank LGBTI event

Deutsche Bank, alongside Citi, is delighted to be co-sponsor of this year’s interbank LGBTI event at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney.

Over 100 members of the investment banking community’s LGBTI networks will attend today’s event which includes an exclusive tour of the Grayson Perry exhibition, My Pretty Little Art Career.

Deutsche Bank’s Co-Chair of dbPride, Glenn Blackley, said: “dbPride hosts many internal events over the course of a year with the aim of championing LGBTI communities and raising awareness among our staff. Currently, 10% of our staff are members and allies of the network and subscription is increasing year on year.”

Blackley continued: “The great thing about the interbank events are that they give us an opportunity to share ideas and experiences with our peers and discuss how we can all make our workplaces more diverse going forward.”

dbPride is one of three diversity networks at Deutsche Bank including DBW (the women’s network) and dbFamilies.

Today’s event has been made possible thanks to Deutsche Bank’s education partnership with the MCA.
